hmmm,
tonights thought process takes us back to earlier this summer.
my oldest son had recently turned 10 and i just happened to be watching him pass through the livingroom, i was thinking on his future physique and how solid he has already grown to be. when he just casually pops off with "you need some beauty sleep mom."
well now where the hell did that come from were my quick thoughts but my answer was, "well i just had a nap so next time i will put in an order for beauty also."
as he reached the doorway to the kitchen i said "thanks for the honesty son." and as he flippantly tosses his head back to clear the long wavy locks of hair from his eyes he answers, "nuthin' but.. mom. nuthin' but."
afterwards i was thinking ... beauty sleep? boy i'll kick that 10 year old azzz...
i am still smiling and having chuckles over that one.
